Academic Learning Lab is seeking experienced native English speakers or fluent Georgian professionals to join our team as English as a Second Language (ESL) teachers.
We offer engaging opportunities to teach both adults and young learners, across all proficiency levels - from Beginner to Advanced.
Position Details:
** Location: Academic Learning Lab, Tbilisi
** Salary: 15-20 GEL per hour
** Schedule: Part-time/flexible
Responsibilities:
** Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic lessons to individuals and groups
** Provide one-on-one instruction when needed
** Develop materials and handouts tailored to students` needs
** Manage classroom behavior effectively
** Foster a lively, interactive learning environment
Requirements:
** Minimum 1 year of ESL teaching experience
** Strong English communication skills
** Excellent classroom management and organizational abilities
** Creative, enthusiastic, and responsible approach to teaching
** Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
