Role Description
The Golf Shop Supervisor supports the Director of Golf in the day-to-day operation; purchasing, inventory control and display of merchandise in the shop.
General Requirements:
** To supervise and monitor the performance of the golf shop team.
** To implement and monitor operating policies and procedures for the golf shop aimed at delivering the standard of service and operations expected.
** To assist in developing a detailed purchasing plan for the golf shop.
** Develop and organize seasonal and special event promotions.
** Ensure all working areas are kept in a clean and tidy manner.
** Ensure all merchandise is correctly priced.
Required Skills:
** Foreign Languages: Fluent English & Additional language skills is a Preference.
** Sociable, Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Result Oriented, Cheerful & Smiley Personality, Active & Enthusiastic, Team Player and Well Organized.
** Related work experience and knowledge.
** International Experience (is a preference).
