Medical Tourism Company is looking for a Sales Manager.
As an individual contributor Sales Manager, you will be directly responsible for
** driving revenue growth by managing a pipeline of international patient inquiries,
** educating them on our services, and expertly guiding them through the sales
** process to secure medical bookings. This is a hands-on sales role where your ability
** to close deals and hit ambitious personal targets will be key.
What You`ll Do:
** Direct Sales: Proactively engage with inbound leads (via phone, email, chat) from international prospective patients.
** Consultative Selling: Understand patient needs, provide comprehensive information about medical procedures and destinations, and address all concerns.
** Close Deals: Skillfully negotiate and close sales, converting inquiries into confirmed medical bookings.
** Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline using our CRM system.
** Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
** Patient Advocacy: Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
What You`ll Bring:
** Native English speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
** Fluency in additional languages (Russian, French, German, Spanish) is a significant advantage.
