Position: Head of Sales
Reporting To: Director
Collaborates with: Head of Operations, Top Management
Head of Sales is a key person in creating and implementing appropriate strategy focused on both, sales growth and customer satisfaction. He / She is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of a company`s sales operations to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets, develops and implements sales strategies, manage sales teams, builds customer relationships, and analyzes sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ideal candidate would be a person with more than 5 years of proven experience in leading sales operations in FMCG Sector, with outstanding skills of communication, analysis and presentation, fluent in English and Russian, a true inspirational, charismatic leader to lead the sales teams in Georgia as well as other countries of our business.
Responsibilities:
** Design, Develop and implement a Sales Strategy across the network to meet revenue targets.
** Lead and manages sales teams coaching, controlling performance, appreciating and inspiring them.
** Drive consistent sales results by setting clear targets, monitoring KPIs and streamlining sales operations.
** Analyze markets and identify opportunities monitoring competitor activities, having clear understanding of trends and knowing customer satisfaction level.
** Provide accurate performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
** Lead brand programs in-shop execution
Skills, Qualifications, Requirements:
** Minimum Bachelor`s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
** Minimum 5 years of proven experience in leading sales operations in FMCG sector or related.
** Exceptional leadership and communications skills.
** English and Russian fluency is a must. Any other language will be an asset.
** Drive and flow for results.
** Open for travel and mobility.
** Experience in leading large-scale teams (50+)
** Demonstrated knowledge of trade marketing
