Job Title: Customer Service Support Representative
Employment Type: Full-time / Shift-based
Location: On-site (Tbilisi - Ortachala str.)
Days/Hours: 5 days a week; 8 hours shifts
Salary: Net entry level - from 480 USD
Key Responsibilities:
** Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, and chat support in a professional and timely manner.
** Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, or technical issues.
** Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
** Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
** Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures as required by the client.
** Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments as necessary.
** Meet individual and team performance metrics including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores.
** Adhere to company policies, confidentiality agreements, and data security guidelines.
Qualifications:
** Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
** Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
** Knowledge of English language is a must (B2-C2 level).
** Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
** Basic computer literacy and familiarity.
** Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
