Red Bull is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Culture Marketing Specialist.

We`re looking for someone to lead our cultural initiatives across music, dance, visual and performing arts, comedy, and more. This role involves designing and delivering strategic, innovative, and authentic programs that build cultural credibility, boost brand awareness, and firmly position Red Bull at the forefront of culture. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating unique moments and lasting platforms, bringing Red Bull`s voice to life while keeping our product central to every experience.

Areas Of Knowledge & Expertise

** Previous experience working in a music or culture marketing role, with a focus on project management, event production and talent management.
** Clear understanding of the global entertainment, music and culture industry, as well as a firm understanding of the youth culture market and scenes in the country.
** Experience in dealing with artists and related entities (labels, management, etc.)
** Strong people management skills, working with a team of specialists, leading external agencies/freelancers.
** Proven track record in event production delivering live music, experiential and other culture-related events.
** Knowledge of and experience with identifying several cultural trends and scenes on a regional and national level
** Excellent relationship-building skills. Well-connected in different cultural scenes and environments (good networker)
** Knowledge of marketing communications and storytelling with an emphasis on content in the digital and social media landscape
** An understanding of brands & how they operate.
** A passion for music, live events, marketing and media.
** Strategic thinker who uses initiative and takes ownership of projects.
** Creative mind with a track record of putting new ideas into practice and assessing results
** Interested and open to different cultural playgrounds. Creative and innovative mindset, open to new things.
** Organised and adaptable.
** Experience in commercial negotiation and contracts.
** Strong affinity with the brand.
** Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Culture Projects And Programs

** Translate the International Culture Strategy into Red Bull event programs and concepts relevant in the country.
** Create and execute high-quality events of all scales and leverage international projects and programs.
** Establish and run long-term culture and music platforms as stand-alone or part of a global initiative.
** Plan and realise efficient branding strategies for Red Bull projects and 3rd Party events. Ensure efficient logistics and event tools handling.
** Generate an efficient 3rd party events program (including OnPremise events). Identify Best Practice Examples and develop case studies.
** Manage partnership and sponsorship negotiations.
** Negotiate and secure relevant music rights to ensure all created content can be sufficiently utilised via our media business.
** Work closely together with sales, communications, sports and brand departments.

Quality Control And Return On Investment

** Evaluating the results and final outcome/impact of all activities.
** Documenting all activities in comprehensive way and create case studies where applicable. Surveying the proper appearance of Red Bull in all areas of entertainment/culture and business.
** Ensuring a qualitative approach and evaluation of all opinion leader activities.
** Event cost estimation

People And Knowledge Management

** Secure the top-quality implementation of the culture program in the field.
** Work closely with On Premise, Communications and Brand department in constant alignment on all key measurements and activities.
** Identifies Best Practice examples and develops case studies in combination with Red Bull International for the field.

Artist Program/Opinion Leader

** Translate the culture strategy into a national Artist/Opinion Leader program.
** Establish a rich network in the fields of culture in general and music in particular to be aware of new upcoming trends and movements.
** Establish a strong portfolio of key artists to work with on various projects and programs within the World of Red Bull.
** Take care of an optimum usage of the Red Bull product in focused cultured playgrounds by Opinion Leaders and secure a perfect communication about the brand and the product. Drive "Can in hand" and product placement with key artists and in defined key areas. Negotiate with artists and labels on cooperation deals.
** Negotiate and secure relevant music rights to ensure all created content can be sufficiently utilised via our media business.

Strategic Responsibility For The Culture Program

** Contribute to reaching all national marketing and sales targets.
** Creates and maintains an outstanding artist/opinion leader network. Deliver culture, music and dance projects and platforms where adequate.
** Contribute to Red Bull`s worldwide success due to innovation and unique content.

Education: University Degree (business, marketing or similar)

Language: Native - Georgian, fluent in written and spoken English
