Location: Remote (Georgia preferred, but open)
Commitment: Long-term part-time to full-time
Compensation: based on experience

We`re currently handling 3 exciting projects and growing fast — and we`re looking for a sharp, organized, and process-driven Delivery & Operations Manager to help us scale smoothly and sustainably.
What You`ll Do:
You`ll work directly with the founder (CTO) to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across all client projects. You won`t just track tasks — you`ll own the system that keeps Mobify running like a machine.
Your responsibilities will include:
** Coordinate across pods (iOS, Android, Web, QA, Design)
** Run async daily check-ins with team leads or devs
** Track timelines, scope, and deliverables
** Ensure QA cycles are in place and followed
** Identify blockers, risks, and inefficiencies before they escalate
** Prepare clear weekly updates for the founder
** Assist PMs with scope breakdowns and sprint planning
** Uphold process discipline (documentation, definitions of done, grooming) if needed
You`re a Great Fit If You:
** Think in systems, not tasks
** Are obsessed with clarity, ownership, and quality
** Know how to run agile/scrum in a practical way, not textbook theory
** Understand the real-life chaos of software teams — and how to tame it
** Know how to bridge between business, tech, and execution
** Communicate clearly and assertively in business-level English
Nice to Have:
** Experience with mobile app development teams (iOS & Android)
** Familiarity with backend, frontend, and design workflows
** Can use tools like Confluence, Notion, Figma, Slack integrations
** Experience working with QA teams and acceptance testing
