We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Lead-Operations to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure process efficiency, and manage a team of operations staff. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
** Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the operations team to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
** Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.
** Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and support cross-functional initiatives.
** Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure performance standards are met.
** Maintain and enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
** Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation related to operational performance.
** Support the implementation of new tools, systems, and processes that enhance efficiency.
** Manage resource planning and allocation to meet operational goals.
** Handle escalations and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
** Foster a positive and inclusive team culture focused on continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
** 5+ years of experience in an operations or team lead role.
** Proven leadership and team management skills.
** Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
** Proficiency with operations software and tools (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems, CRM platforms).
** Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
