Financial Chain Corporation is a leading global outsourcing company providing accounting, human resource, employer of record, consulting and legal services. We are providing outsource services to a number of companies in Georgia as well as in 15 countries of the world.
Currently FCC is looking for full-time Commercial Planning Analyst for our contracted company Philip Morris Georgia (PMG) an affiliate of Philip Morris International Inc..
Responsibilities:
** Create detailed plans for each type of initiative/projects, following project management principles. Map all initiatives/projects from the start phase to final execution.
** Detailed schedule of specific tasks including roles & responsibilities, required timing for each task.
** Monitor the pace of the process, follow deadlines, and ensure proper implementation of each initiative.
** Act cross-functionally ensuring fluent and vivid cooperation between all departments involved in the process.
** Propose/identify key performance indicators for every project, control adequate reporting systems to support KPI implementation across all levels.
** Responsible of the commercial cycle planning including workload optimization, KPI projection and tracking
** Measure / analyze effectiveness of commercial activities and support departments in optimization of resources investment, derive key learnings and recommendations for future improvements.
** Any other ad-hoc analysis or projects assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
** University degree in Economics / Finance or Business Administration (MBA is preferred).
** 3+ years` experience in sales planning / commercial operations / business planning - ideally within an international or fast-paced environment.
** Fluent in English

** Proven Leadership Potential: good at setting stretching objectives and monitoring progress, able to lead, motivate and influence across organization.
