Silk Development is currently offering an employment opportunity at Graphic Designer position.
Location: Tbilisi
Work Schedule: Full-time
Working Hours: 10:00 - 19:00
Accountable to: Head of Marketing Operations
Subordinates: NA
Responsibilities:
For the companies included in the portfolio:
** Working on social media content;
** Preparing necessary visual materials for campaigns (social media, print materials, etc.);
** Developing or updating the visual communication style;
** Creating concepts for exhibition stands;
** Designing/updating brand merchandising;
** Art direction for photo and video shoots;
** Design and produce digital assets including banners, email templates, advertisements, and promotional graphics;
** Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to ensure consistent visual identity across all channels;
** Create designs aligned with brand guidelines and informed by performance data and user insights;
** Optimize visual content for various screen sizes, devices, and digital platforms;
** Maintain and regularly update the digital design library and supporting documentation;
** Showcase a strong portfolio highlighting digital campaigns, branding expertise, and creative versatility;
** Thrive in fast-paced environments with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines efficiently
** Perform other related tasks given by the supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications:
** Min 4 years of work experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
** Demonstrated experience in designing social media, digital campaigns, and printing materials
** Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier will be plus
** Ability to develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines and visual communication styles.
** Knowledge of English Language, min B2 level
** Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
** Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with marketing and other team members
** Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
