Position: F&B Supervisor
Role Main Responsibilities:
** Ensures that all guests will receive service beyond expectations from arrival to departure.
** Interacts with guests on daily basis to obtain feedback about quality of food, beverage, service levels and overall satisfaction.
** Leads the team by example.
** Manages, trains and supervises all Associates according to the standards, and assignments from direct supervisor and HOD. Ensures all Associates are treated fairly, applies open door policy.
** Makes sure all assigned areas are in perfect condition, maintained according to the standards.
** Follows up on cleaning schedules to make sure all equipment is being cleaned on weekly and daily bases.
** Sets up new policies and rules in cooperation with Restaurant Manager to make sure all requirements for safety are being met.
** Responsible for preparing all administration related to the restaurant and assigned by direct supervisor.
** Tracking and preparing all daily paperwork (attendance list, daily reports, pre-shift sheets, transfers etc.). Controlling purchase orders.
** Responsible for all financial operations in assigned outlet.
** Participates in all preparations for upselling and making sure all Associates are duly informed about upcoming events and promotions accordingly.
** Fulfills any other tasks (within the scope of responsibility) assigned by the Management
Required Skills/Abilities:
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Georgian and preferably another international language.
** Can multi-task, is team oriented and work diligently to resolve issues when they arise
** Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
** Excellent Interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience:
** Hospitality Professional School Student or graduate
** Experience in the respective field.
** Experience of working in International Environment
