What You`ll Do
As a Sourcer:
** Posting job openings on job boards and Telegram channels
** Actively sourcing candidates on LinkedIn using advanced search filters
** Screening and analyzing candidate profiles for alignment with job requirements
** Communicating with candidates via messages, responding to their questions
** Scheduling interviews between candidates and the recruiter
** Maintaining and organizing a candidate database (pipeline) for current and future needs
** Providing feedback to all candidates at this stage of the sourcing funnel, including those who do not match the requirements
** Preparing and submitting regular sourcing activity reports (e.g., number of profiles reviewed, response rate, outreach effectiveness)
Who we are looking for:
** You have a proven background in talent sourcing and/or full-cycle recruitment
** You`re organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
** You`re a clear communicator and comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously
** You understand how to identify great talent — both on paper and in person
** English proficiency is required; additional languages are a bonus
