Georgia Growth Fund is a Private Equity Fund based in Tbilisi, Georgia, and is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Accountant.
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented professional to join our team and contribute to the effective financial management of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
** Overseeing the accounting processes of the company;
** Preparing and submitting tax declarations;
** Ensuring the compliance of accounting operations with Georgian legislation and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
** Monitoring documentation supporting company operations and ensuring their compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards;
** Managing and recording banking transactions;
** Performing other duties within the scope of competence as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications:
** Higher education in a relevant field (Finance, Business, Economics);
** At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
** Proficiency in English (advanced level);
** In-depth knowledge of the Georgian Tax Code;
** Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
** Strong computer skills (MS Office - Intermediate, Excel - Advanced);
** Knowledge of accounting software (Orisi, 1C).
