What will you do:
** Create and maintain test cases, test data matrices and plans to track the progress of the product development lifecycle.
** Execute quality improvement initiatives, including various testing activities.
** Ensure compliance with industry-specific quality and safety standards.
** Collaborate with development teams to enhance and refine existing products.
** Create detailed documentation of bugs, errors, and issues for resolution.
** Conduct root cause analysis and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
** Ensure products align with customer expectations and market demands.
** Possess a strong working knowledge of the company`s products and services.
** Apply an in-depth understanding of Quality Assurance testing methodologies.
Skills and Experience you should have:
** Bachelor`s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
** 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering role.
** Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
** Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
** Sharp attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks.
** Ability to manage complexity and prioritize tasks efficiently.
** Strong verbal and written communication skills.
** Team player with proven ability to collaborate across departments.
** Strong customer focus and commitment to excellence.
