Position: Lawyer
Location: Tbilisi, Adam Mitskevich St. 27b, 5th floor, office 37
Job Responsibilities:
Working with individuals on international private law matters (you will collaborate with foreign colleagues and explore the legal frameworks of various countries, primarily in Europe).
Areas of work:
** Migration (citizenship and residence permits).
** Real estate transactions (purchase, sale, and rental).
** Taxation of individuals (tax residency concepts, double taxation treaties).
** Prenuptial agreements and inheritance matters.
** Participation in marketing activities (preparing written publications, attending industry seminars, conferences, etc.).
What we expect from the candidate:
** English B2, Russian B2.
** Bachelor`s/Master`s degree in Law.
** Minimum 2 years of legal experience.
** Skills in legal research, project management, and preparation of legal opinions.
** Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
** Willingness to meet high standards of client service.
