A developer company Kobuleti Towers is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive our global sales team.

The role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in real estate sales, international market knowledge, and sales team leadership and monitoring. This sales manager will play a significant role in establishing our marketing and sales in company`s target international markets and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.

Location: Batumi
Number of Positions: 1
Work Schedule: Full-time
Reports to: Project manager
Subordinate Position (s): 3-5

Responsibilities:

** Design a project concept and sales strategy, make market research and build an outstanding product for international investors;
** Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing mentorship and coaching;
** Developing relationship with the Broker network in the target region;
** Identifying and proposing potential new Sales countries;
** Managing and closing all in-bound traffic of prospective customers;
** Participate in preparation of marketing strategy and materials for execution of the approved marketing starategy;
** Growing relationship with banks, investment funds to increase in sale revenue;
** Extending full support to sales team members at all times to achieve highest sales;
** Training all Brokers and sales team on the new and existing projects.
** Establish and maintain sales cycle process full management and documents;
** Adhering to all governing laws and regulations while performing the sale transaction.
** Manage the process of on-time Preparing and completing agreement with all Brokers/custpmers/investors;
** Assist in sale contract Registration/Termination if required.
** Timely Invoicing, payment dispersal and collections.
** Manage debtor payment deadlines;
** Any other work that is connected to sales and marketing process.

Skills & Qualifications:

** Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or investment projects.
** Demonstrated success in managing and leading sales teams across multiple cultures.
** Proven ability to close deals with institutional investors and private clients.
** Preferred work experience in real estate field in Arabic / European countries.
** English, Russian is a must
