Why We Need You
** As a Finance Analyst at Pulse Point, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial accuracy, delivering meaningful insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
** Your responsibilities will cover everything from data analysis and reporting to forecasting and budgeting, helping us ensure financial integrity and sustainable growth.
What You`ll Be Doing
** Monitor financial performance against projections and budgets to ensure fiscal health
** Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
** Develop and refine forecasting models to support strategic planning and growth initiatives
** Coordinate and automate accounting and reporting workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency
** Lead cost analysis efforts and support restructuring initiatives to improve financial performance
** Support the monthly closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
** Maintain secure and organized databases to track business performance and risks
** Prepare reporting packages and internal financial analyses in alignment with reporting standards
** Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
** Stay up to date with the industry`s best practices and continuously develop your financial expertise
What You Bring to the Team
** Bachelor`s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
** Proven experience in a Finance Analyst role with at least 8 years of experience and strong knowledge of financial analysis practices
** Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
** Strong presentation, reporting, and communication skills
** Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to meet tight deadlines
** Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
** Proficiency in English is essential
Preferred Experience & Competencies
** Previous experience in the gaming or technology industry is highly advantageous
** Familiarity with internal control frameworks and process optimization methods
** Background in a multinational or fast-paced global company
