Paragraph Tbilisi is Georgia`s first Luxury Collection Hotel located in the heart of Tbilisi. The Hotel offers exceptional amenities, unique eateries, grand architectural design, a luxurious Spa and Stunning views on Old Town. Personalized concierge services, conference rooms equipped with high-end technology, SPA center Stretched over three floors, design and service elements allow guests to feel Georgian spirit without even leaving the hotel.
Duties/Responsibilities
** Promoting the awareness of the Brand and the Property image internally and externally
** Reaching out to customer leads through ongoing proactive search for new business opportunities
** Aiming to achieve the monthly and annual goals
** Negotiating contracts
** Establishing new business
** Perform general duties to support the Sales & Marketing operations
** Serve as the first point of contact for the guests and communicate with them to respond to questions & requests.
** Manage the basis of Hotel`s top national and international key accounts.
** Identify and pursue prospective group & meeting business from market information, as well as information from purchased lead sources, analyzing historical and other statistical information (market segment, account mix goals),
** Solicit group business directly and jointly with others through the preparation, execution and completion of individualized Action Plans.
** Within established parameters, quote and negotiate prices with customer representatives confirming reservations by letter and drawing up contracts; sign for the Hotel and obtain customer signature to close transaction. Upon closing, coordinate and follow-up with other Hotel departments to ensure delivery of superior guest`s services.
Skills:
** Excellent English & Russian Skills (Spoken & Written)
** Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Hospitality Industry.
** Sociable, Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Result Oriented, Cheerful & Smiley Personality, Active & Enthusiastic, Team Player.
** Guest-oriented, friendly and professional approach.
** Related work experience in an International Environment (is a preference).
