Job Summary:
The Pastry Sous Chef exhibits creative baking and decorating talents by personally performing tasks while leading the team in producing consistent and high-quality pastries across all outlets. This position is responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in achieving culinary excellence, maintaining food safety standards, and driving guest and associate satisfaction. The role also contributes to team development and cost management in alignment with departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:

** Ensuring culinary standards and responsibilities are consistently met
** Delivering exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
