Position: Recruiting Coordinator
General Requirements:
** To propose and implement sourcing strategies
** To develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
** To manage Talent Sourcing, Hiring and Onboarding Processes
** To Build strong links with sourcing partners, vocational colleges, industry contacts, social media, etc.
** To lead Internship Programs.
Skills:
** Foreign Languages: Fluent English (written & spoken);
** Sociable, Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Result Oriented, Cheerful & Smiley Personality, Active & Enthusiastic, Team Player and Well Organized.
** Related work experience in an International Environment (is a preference).
