Rustavi Azot is part of Indorama Corporation since 2023. Indorama Corporation is a global producer of essential materials. JSC "Rustavi Azot" is the largest chemical company with over 2000 employees and only producer of industrial chemicals and mineral fertilizers in the South Caucasus.
Rustavi Azot is looking for HR Generalist.
Location: Rustavi
Working Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00
Salary: 2000-3000 GEL NET
Key Responsibilities:
** Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
** Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
** Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during recruitment.
** Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
** Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.
** Promote a positive work environment through open communication and issue resolution.
** Assist in disciplinary processes and performance improvement plans.
** Contribute to the development and execution of new HR initiatives and company-wide projects.
** Collaborate on employee engagement and retention strategies.
** Support the design and rollout of training and development programs.
** Assist in reviewing and updating the company structure.
** Work with department heads to create, revise, and standardize job descriptions.
** Support workforce planning and restructuring initiatives.
** Collect and analyze HR data (e.g., turnover, attendance, recruitment KPIs).
** Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports and dashboards.
** Create and deliver presentations for internal meetings and leadership reviews.
** Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity.
** Assist in performance management cycles and annual appraisal processes.
** Coordinate with legal or compliance teams to ensure labor law adherence.
** Participate in internal audits and HR compliance checks.
** Keep up to date with HR trends and employment law changes.
Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
** 2 years of experience in a HR generalist role
** Knowledge of English is a must with proficiency at no less than B2 level.
** Strong understanding of HR principles, labor law and best practices.
** Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
** Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
