Grant Thornton is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Audit Senior.
Duration: Long term
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Job responsibilities:
** Planning, supervising and reporting on audit engagement work under guidance of audit manager and partner
** Assign tasks within audit team and review work done and documented by audit assistants
** Prepare financial statements and audit reports
** Assist engagement managers in coordination and time planning of professional staff and resources
** Provide on-job training and coaching to junior team members
** Representation to potential clients and sustaining relationship with current clients.
Required skills and qualifications:
** Degree in Finance/Accounting or Economics
** ACCA Foundation level certificate
** Minimum of 3 years professional experience in the areas of audit field
** Knowledge of IFRS, ISA, Georgian tax legislation;
** Knowledge of commonly used accounting software packages is desirable;
** Proven experience of compiling financial statements of mid-sized companies;
** Experience of work as Audit Senior in at least 5 mid-sized companies` audits;
** Fluent in Georgian, English and Russian languages (spoken and written)
** Ability to travel for audit engagements
** Abilities for delegation and supervision of work, management of teams
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills
** Highly responsible, ability to organize work to meet deadlines
** Managerial, communications and developed interpersonal skills
Remuneration/Salary: Highly competitive and flexible, depending on a candidate`s skills and experience, individually negotiated.
