We are looking for a skilled Frontend QA Tester to join our team and ensure the quality and performance of user-facing aspects of our applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for testing the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX), ensuring that our applications are functional, intuitive, and visually appealing across different devices and browsers.
Key Responsibilities:
** Test user interfaces for functionality, usability, and consistency, ensuring they meet the specified requirements.
** Verify that features work correctly across various browsers, devices, and screen resolutions.
** Identify and report visual bugs, layout issues, and responsiveness problems.
** Conduct testing of user workflows and interactions to ensure they are intuitive and provide a seamless experience.
** Validate the communication between frontend and backend systems, ensuring proper data flow and accuracy.
** Perform regression testing to ensure that new features do not introduce bugs or negatively impact the application`s existing functionality.
** Utilize automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright to create and run automated test scripts for repetitive testing scenarios.
Ideal Candidate Skills and Qualifications:
** Strong understanding and experience in manual testing techniques and test case development.
** Proficient in bug reporting and documentation, with a keen eye for detail.
** Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
** Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
** Hands-on experience using browser developer tools for testing and debugging.
** Knowledge of responsive design principles and how to test them across multiple devices and screen sizes.
** Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright to enhance testing efficiency.
Preferred Experience:
** Previous experience working as a Frontend QA Tester or UI/UX Tester.
** Experience in a collaborative environment, working closely with developers, designers, and product teams.
