** 2-year degree in Engineering/related field + 2 years` experience
** Technical expertise in HVAC-R, electrical, and plumbing systems
Key Responsibilities:
** Supervise maintenance, repairs, and safety procedures
** Manage preventive maintenance programs and energy conservation
** Support budgeting, capital expenditures, and compliance
** Lead and develop the engineering team
