Role Summary:
We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with experience in React, TypeScript, and Supabase to bring our MVP to the finish line. You will work on a fast-paced, high-impact project involving AI integrations, user-friendly interfaces, and a scalable architecture. If we align well, this role can evolve into a core team member position with significant equity and leadership opportunities in the startup.
Key Responsibilities:
MVP Development: Finalize and refine our MVP, addressing challenges like result presentation, file upload stability, and OpenAI API integrations.
Front-End Development:
** Build user-friendly interfaces for URL analysis, whitepaper analysis, and monitoring views using React and TypeScript.
** Improve the presentation of results by transforming plain text into structured and visually appealing JSON outputs.
Back-End Development:
** Optimize API calls by routing OpenAI integrations through a server-side API for better security and stability.
** (Nice to Have) Set up a PostgreSQL database to replace browser local storage. Create tables for tenants, users, URL analysis, document analysis, and results.
Deployment: Troubleshoot Netlify deployment issues or suggest and implement alternative free-tier platforms if necessary.
Authentication: Leverage Supabase for user authentication, including implementing basic CAPTCHA for security.
Collaboration & Feedback:
Work closely with the founding team to validate technical decisions, improve the user experience, and align development with business goals.
Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:
** Proven experience with React, TypeScript, and Supabase (or similar backend-as-a-service platforms).
** Strong understanding of front-end development and creating intuitive, user-friendly dashboards.
** Experience working with AI/ML APIs, particularly OpenAI or similar integrations.
** Ability to troubleshoot API calls, handle file uploads, and transform unstructured data into JSON.
** Familiarity with deploying web applications on platforms like Netlify or other free-tier hosting options.
** Proficiency in developing authentication systems and implementing CAPTCHA.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
** Experience working with PostgreSQL and designing scalable database schemas.
** Familiarity with vector stores for document analysis and search.
** Hands-on experience with Express-based full-stack development.
