As we expand our reach, we`re looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our team and help us bring our revolutionary technology to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

** Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients across multiple industries, showcasing the power of Configora`s 3D configurator solutions.
** Conduct lead generation and research to identify high-potential clients, building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers.
** Utilize *NetHunt CRM* to track sales activities, monitor leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
** Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and virtual meetings, tailoring product demos and solutions to meet customer needs.
** Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to stay updated on new features, offerings, and market trends.
** Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the growth of Configora.

Requirements:

** Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a self-motivated, goal-driven approach.
** Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
** Strong lead research skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and engage key decision-makers effectively.
** Customer-oriented approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.
** Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred candidates:

** Preference will be given to candidates experienced in B2B sales, especially in the tech or SaaS industry
** Preference will be given to candidates experienced in NetHunt CRM

What We Offer:

** A base salary of 800 GEL per month.
** Commission for every successful sale ranging from 600 to 1800 EUR, depending on performance.
