TNET is seeking a Head of IT Operations and Service Delivery to lead our IT operations and service management initiatives. If you`re an experienced IT leader passionate about driving innovation, optimizing infrastructure, and delivering top-tier services to support business success, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Your Role at TNET:

** Lead and oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure to ensure it aligns with business goals and minimizes downtime.
** Ensure robust security practices and regulatory compliance to protect company data and systems.
** Centralize and streamline system administration tasks, manage virtual and physical server environments, and automate processes to optimize operations.
** Track, analyze, and improve IT performance indicators, ensuring effective issue resolution and system administration.
** Manage and develop a highly skilled IT team, providing mentorship, delegation, and leadership to meet team objectives.
** Implement and manage DevOps culture and tools in collaboration with the team.
** Oversee server maintenance, backups, migrations, and planning to meet organizational needs.
** Provide guidance and technical support to the IT procurement team and implement IT policies.

What We Are Looking For:

** At least 5 years of experience in IT, including leadership or supervisory roles.
** Strong Dev-ops (Git-ops, CI/CD, continuous deployment) experience.
** Experience with VMware vSphere, AWS, Veeam Backup, SAN storage systems, and server architecture.
** Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, Bash scripting, and Microsoft Active Directory.
** Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Checkmk), logging systems (ELK), and technical documentation.
** Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and build a high-performing IT team.
** Understanding engineering standards and best practices.
** You will be responsible for dev-ops and service desk teams, ~150 production services, and a core of TNETs tech infrastructure serving 2M Monthly Active users.
