The Biltmore hotel Tbilisi is pleased to announce vacancy for the position of Reservation Agent.
The candidate we are looking for should have good cooperation skills, direct and trustworthy communication skills and should be extremely customer oriented.
Main responsibilities will be:
** Answering incoming phone calls and assisting guests with any inquiries
** Following phone conversation flow guidelines.
** Coordinating with other departments in order to ensure a Five-Star guest experience.
** Maximize rooms revenue through the conversion of telephone calls into sales
** Utilize effective upselling techniques
** Understand and take reservations to support the revenue management strategies employed by the Revenue Management leader in the hotel
** Be fluent on all hotel products and services
** Handle faxes and emails pertaining to room and restaurant reservations
** Be fully conversant with all market segments and rate plans used across all distribution channels
** Handle customer queries and complaints relating to room and restaurant Reservations
Minimum requirements:
** High school diploma or equivalent required
** Previous customer experience required
** Candidate must have the ability to multi-task
** Candidate must have the ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
** Extremely Customer focused and eager to deliver the best service and best product
** Fluent in Georgian, English.
