We`re looking for an Operation Manager with good technical skills ready to communicate and work with teammates at projects.
Location: Vazha-Pshavela ave. Tbilisi.
Responsibilities:
** Building and launching public promotions
** Strategic Planning and Leadership
** Team Management and Development
** Website Performance Management
** Creating UI Pages/integrations
** Ensuring and maintaining quality & assurance of all operator`s websites
** Working with the operations and COO to ensure execution excellence
** Resolving daily Incidents
** Quality Assurance.
Qualifications:
** Minimum of 3 years of experience in website operations.
** Highly proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility
** Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
** Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
** Good knowledge of English language.
