We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive Officer to join our growing team. If you`re passionate about sales and have experience in building relationships and driving results, this is your opportunity to become a key part of a thriving company.
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8 hours | Saturday or Sunday: 4 hours (night shift)
Wage: 1000GEL (with Highly lucrative Commission)
Key Responsibilities:
Note: This position does not require cold-calling. You will be in touch with potential clients (leads) that reach out to Realtyna to inquire about products and services.
** Learning Realtyna Products and Services to be able to answer clients` questions and offer them the right products/services.
** Answering Leads Calls and Scheduling Zoom Calls with clients when necessary
** Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and providing tailored solutions.
** Sales Presentations & Proposals: Deliver compelling sales presentations, create customized proposals, and provide detailed quotes based on client requirements.
** Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
** Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project teams to align sales strategies with company objectives, and share feedback on client preferences and market dynamics.
** Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and progress towards targets.
** Team Contribution: Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance sales processes.
Qualifications:
** Education: Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
** Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the development, real estate, or construction industry.
** Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
** Language: Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
