About the Role
As an IT Project Manager, you will be involved the development, implementation, and enhancement of innovative digital projects. This role requires a strategic approach to project management, coordination with diverse stakeholders, and a focus on delivering solutions that align with our company`s goals in hospitality and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
** Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor software projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
** Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, technical staff) to gather requirements and align project objectives.
** Technical Oversight: Manage software integrations, CRM systems, Website projects, data analytics platforms, and workflow automation tools, etc.
** Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, task delegation, and efficient workflows.
** Vendor Management: Research, evaluate, onboard, and manage third-party service providers and solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
** Experience: 1.5+ years of This kind of Project Management experience, preferably in hospitality, technology, or related industries.
** Hands-on experience managing software systems and multi-department projects.
** Technical Knowledge: Understanding of project management software, CRM systems, APIs, and system integrations, and networking concepts.
** Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively across teams and departments.
** Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to project execution.
** Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Georgian is required.
