Job Description & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented Technical Office Engineer to join our technical team for the Krtsanisi Residences Construction Area project. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the technical office and supporting the successful completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

** Coordinate and manage technical office operations for construction projects.
** Monitor and report on the progress of the project, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
** Manage project budgets and costs, ensuring financial targets are achieved.
** Prepare and follow up on Client Payment Certificates (Form 2) and Subcontractor payments.
** Assist in preparing technical specifications, responsibility matrices, and other necessary documentation.
** Conduct site measurements and inspections to monitor project progress.
** Maintain regular communication with clients and management teams for project updates.
** Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, REVIT, and basic planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera Oracle).
** Monitor project performance through schedules, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications & Requirements:

** A degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Georgian university (preferably).
** Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in a technical office role within the construction industry, ideally in residential projects.
** Experience in governmental or public sector projects (e.g., universities, public schools) is a plus.
** Strong understanding of construction design coordination, contract management, and site construction techniques.
** Ability to prepare and manage reports, tenders, and financial documents (e.g., BoQs, payment certificates).
** English proficiency at C1 level is required.
** Proficiency in Georgian (required); Turkish is a benefit.
** Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
** Experience in using project management software and tools.
