LSG Solutions provides construction management, design and advisory services in various sectors such as real estate, hospitality, medical, industrial and infrastructure.
We are looking for an Architect to join our team.
Location: Tbilisi, Saburtalo
Working Hours: Full-time
The main responsibility of an architect is to design different types of buildings. They can develop interior and exterior designs based on the client`s requirements. Their primary role is translating their client`s visions and ideas into a functional space, starting from preliminary/initial design to construction documentation (according to the LSG standard).
In the role of a designer, architects are required to create unique designs considering functional and technical zoning, economic feasibility, sustainability and compliance with the local norms. The architect needs to coordinate the project with various disciplines and collaborate closely with contractors during construction site visits.
Responsibilities:
** Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables;
** Create innovative and functional design;
** Ensure that all architectural works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations;
** Participate in all phases of the project, starting from the preliminary phase up to the creation of construction documentation/construction administration;
** Make on-site visits to check on project status and project report;
** Graphical Coordination with related disciplines (MEP, Structural, Façade, etc.);
** Preparing the documentation for the building permit;
** BOM - Preparation (Quantity survey);
** Timely response of RFI`s;
Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s degree in Architecture; Master`s degree preferred.
** 5 years of work experience in Architecture
Essential Skills for Architects:
** Design skills
** Technical skills: Advanced Knowledge of Auto CAD, Revit
** Intermediate: Photoshop/Illustrator
** Advanced knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures
** Technical skills and experience in Construction Documentation. (Drawing & Specification)
** Problem-solving skills: Architects are faced with design-related problems. A good architect should solve these issues quickly and efficiently to avoid delays.
** Analytical skills: To have the skill to overcome challenges in bringing designs to life.
** Construction skills: Understand the tools, materials and methods used in construction;
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
** Good time-management skills;
** Attention to detail;
** Presentation skills;
** Multitasking
Languages:
** Georgian (Native/Fluent), English (Fluent).
** Knowing any additional language is considered an advantage.
