Ocean Force LLC is a fast-growing crewing company. We have all certificates, officially registered in Batumi, Georgia. We specialize in the recruitment and selection of Georgian crew to serve as mariners aboard foreign-flagged vessels. Now we are in searching process of our best team.
We announce a vacancy for the position of Crewing Manager in Batumi.
Location: Batumi
Terms:
** Office work 5/2
** Competitive salary according to market
** Official employment
** Working hours: 10:00-18:00
** Working days: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
** Searching, selection, primary testing of seafarers
** Registration and verification of maritime documents
** Preparation a seafarer for joining the vessel (organization of the necessary medical commissions for a seafarer, transfer, covid tests, visa processing)
** Business correspondence with agents and operators of the shipowner in English
Requirements:
** Spoken English for free communication with foreign partners
** Work experience in the maritime sector or the higher education in specialties related to the maritime sector
** Readiness to work at the fast pace
** Good computer skills are required
** Responsibility, accuracy of tasks, elimination of errors in work, readiness for multitasking
