Location: Fully Remote (Company based in Cyprus)
Employment Type: Full-time (35-40 hours per week) / Part-time option available
Salary: $1500 USD per month (Bonus: 1 month`s salary if marketing goals are achieved)

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our client`s team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
** Develop comprehensive marketing concepts tailored to the company`s goals.
** Collaborate with senior management to establish effective marketing strategies.
** Execute marketing activities across multiple channels, including the company`s WordPress website and social media platforms.
** Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, including creating and sending newsletters.
** Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (written and spoken, minimum B2 level).
Technical Expertise: Proficient in using WordPress, social media management tools, and CRM software.
Marketing Skills: Strong ability to design and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
Experience:
** Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
** Proven track record of successfully implementing marketing initiatives.
Educational Background:
Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Additional Skills:
** Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
** Creative thinking and attention to detail.
