UI/UX Designer
We need you to have:
** 2+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects.
** Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other industry-standard software.
** Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
** Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements.
** Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
** Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
** Attention to detail
We need you to do:
** Lead user research and usability testing initiatives.
** Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
** Develop high-fidelity UI designs with a strong focus on user interaction.
** Collaborate closely with developers and product managers.
** Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
** Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
** Develop and maintain a design system for scalability and consistency.
** Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of pixel-perfect designs.
** Innovate and experiment with new design concepts and techniques.
** Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
