Universal Transit is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Sales Manager.
This position requires a high outbound call volume, so a strong work ethic is necessary for success. This is not a telemarketing position and requires consultative selling. Closing sales on a consistent basis is essential in this role.
Working Days: Monday - Friday 17:00 - 02:00 (from the office), Saturday 17:00 - 00:00 (remotely - from home)
Location: Dighomi
Base salary: $800, with the aggressive 10% commission based on key performance metrics, allowing top performers to achieve over GEL 5, 000 in total monthly earnings.
Applicants that do not have sales experience will not be considered.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
** Place a high frequency of outbound sales calls to potential customers.
** Receive inbound calls returned by prospects and repeat customers.
** Enter sales orders.
** Perform basic account maintenance activities.
** Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics.
** Effectively communicate value propositions through virtual and in-person presentations and proposals to develop and implement scalable community relationships and sales strategies.
** Make 100 outbound calls per day
Qualifications:
** At least 1 year of experience in sales is essential in this role.
** Experience in the auto sales/auto auction industry a plus, but not required.
** Bachelor`s degree in sales, marketing, supply chain, operations, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
** Excellent English interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
