ProCredit Bank announces a vacancy for a position of Digital Marketer.

ProCredit Bank is a part of ProCredit Holding, which has been operating in the Georgian market for 25 years. It has shifted its strategy not only to support SMEs but also to challenge the retail market.

We`re looking for an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our Digital Marketing, including digital product roadmaps. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving digital growth and will possess strong managerial skills.

Main Responsibilities:

** Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels.
** Develop and manage Digital Marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
** Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team stakeholders.
** Collaborate with leadership to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and optimize channel performance.
** Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives and marketing materials.
** Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in user acquisition
** Provide reports to the core team.

Requirements:

** 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within Digital Marketing.
** Fluency in English & Georgian.
** Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
** Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
** Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
** Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
** Experience in working with CRM teams and systems.
