Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shopify & Content Administrator to manage our online store presence and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Shopify's platform, excellent content creation skills, and a passion for e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

Shopify Management:

** Create and update product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
** Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
** Process orders and handle customer inquiries.
** Implement and maintain Shopify apps and plugins.
** Optimize store performance for speed and user experience.
** Stay up-to-date with Shopify's features and updates.

Content Management:

** Create engaging and informative product descriptions.
** Develop and maintain website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and FAQs.
** Optimize content for search engines (SEO).
** Ensure brand consistency across all online platforms.

Other:

** Collaborate with marketing and design teams on promotions and campaigns.
** Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
** Provide regular reports on store performance.

Qualifications:

** Proven experience managing a Shopify store.
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
** Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices.
** Proficiency in content management systems (CMS).
** Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
** Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
** Strong organizational and time management skills.

Bonus Points:

** Experience with graphic design and image editing tools.
** Familiarity with SEO tools and techniques.
** Knowledge of social media marketing.
