Job Description: Retention Executive (Contracted Position)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Retention Executive to join our dynamic Smoke Free Product team. In this role, you will help develop and implement customer retention programs to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction. You will play a key part in our customer feedback management efforts and contribute to the overall success of our retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
** Develop and deploy customer retention programs across online and offline channels.
** Participate in designing and deployment of Customer Feedback Management Programs.
** Collaborate with various teams including Service Design, Marketing, and Digital to ensure successful program deployment.
** Create and optimize processes for retention programs to meet business goals and KPIs.
** Monitor and analyze program performance and provide regular reports.
** Work with front-line staff to define skills requirements and coordinate training.
** Manage third-party suppliers for program development and production.
** Ensure cost-effective delivery of the projects
Qualifications:
** Experience in managing B2C programs across online and offline channels.
** Strong organizational skills and project management, team player within a multifunctional team.
** Strong ability to use data analysis .
** Highly customer-focused with strong communication skills.
** Results-driven, and able to work independently.
** Proficiency in English is required; Georgian language native.
