MLSoft is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Game Designer.
Location: Tbilisi, Saburtalo
Role:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Game Designer to join our team. As a Game Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating immersive and engaging online casino games. You will work closely with developers and other creative team members to ensure that game interfaces and elements are visually appealing and function seamlessly across various platforms. Your expertise in visual communication, branding, and game design principles will be instrumental in delivering high-quality gaming experiences that resonate with players.
Key Responsibilities:
** Design and produce game interfaces and elements for online casino games.
** Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
** Produce high-quality design assets, including symbols, backgrounds, and animations.
** Optimize game design for mobile devices and various screen sizes.
** Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
** Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality in all work produced.
Qualifications:
** 3+ years of experience as a game designer in iGaming or casino gaming.
** Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
** Experience with motion graphics or animation (preferred).
** Familiarity with game development processes and tools.
** Understanding of data-driven design and player behavior analysis.
** Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
** Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
** Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
** Knowledge of English Language (at least B2).
Nice to Have:
** Experience in UI/UX design.
** Experience in designing online gambling games.
** Requirements for Application:
** Portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and projects.
** Business-level English proficiency.
Additional Information:
** Salary Range: 1000-2500 USD.
** Working Time: 8 hours/day; 5 days working, 2 days off.
** Working Mode: On-site, from the office.
