What you will do:
** Respond promptly to questions and comments from users on our social media platforms in Georgia
** Monitor mentions of the brand on the Internet.
What we expect from you:
** You have spoken and written fluency in Georgian, Russian and English because we have a lot of clients from different countries and they ask us questions about their tickets and flights
** You have experience in customer support field or social media marketing.
How we roll:
** Full-time employment
** The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in Georgian time, with Saturdays and Sundays off.
** Fully remote work and endless possibilities for travel
