We are looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist for Bolt Food.

About the role:
As a Junior Customer Support Specialist you will contribute to improve the quality & speed of Bolt Food`s customer support. Are you after a high-impact role in a fast-growing organization where you can build from scratch and scale both yourself and the business? Then this one might be for you.
Salary: 1690 GEL Gross + Annual Bonuses
Probation Period: 6 months
Morning shift: 09:00am-18:00pm
Midday shift: 14:00pm-23:00pm or 16:00pm-01:00am
Night shift: 18:00pm-03:00am, 19:00pm-04:00am, 20:00pm-05:00am, 05:00am-14:00pm

** Be a key player in building a support team in a challenging growth environment

** You`re passionate about new technologies
** Understand what outstanding customer support looks like and be ready to go the extra mile
** Be always ready to put customers first, be passionate about helping others
** Be curious as to why customer support is contacted in the first place and be ready to tell the story to other teams within Bolt
** You`re a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
** You have excellent spoken and written of Georgian and English
