Role Overview:
The Product Owner is responsible for defining requirements, prioritising backlog, planning resources, and overseeing implementation processes across our product verticals - Core Platform, Sportsbook, Casino, Payments, Rewards and Front-End.
This role takes care of continual product improvement throughout its lifecycle by streamlining development and maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the product. The PO has a significant role in maximizing the value produced by the team and ensuring delivered features meet the user`s needs and comply with the Definition of Done. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and provide direction to the development team. This role requires effective communication skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to make informed decisions to maximise the value of the product.
Duties and Responsibilities:
** Product Ownership: Own a product end to end. Work to define and communicate the product vision and strategy and ensure the organisation is building world class products to meet market demands and opportunities. Help customers, stakeholders, and internal functions to understand our products. Take responsibility for representing and evangelizing our products;
** Product Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the most valuable features and enhancements to meet customer needs and business goals. Groom backlog, organise backlog items and estimate together with the team;
** Requirements Capturing: Work with stakeholders to gather customer product requirements and translate them into detailed and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria. Research market & competitor offerings to identify missing features and opportunities to generate value;
** Collaboration: Work closely with the development team, including engineers, designers, and testers, to ensure a shared understanding of product requirements and priorities. Participate in requirements analysis sessions with stakeholders and delivery teams. Collaborate with quality Assurance team members to create test plans;
** Release Planning: Create, implement, and manage product roadmap in accordance with company vision, values, and strategy. Drive the execution of feature implementation from initiation to launch. Manage and schedule releases and ensure their timely delivery. Drive UAT in collaboration with clients to ensure high quality product delivery;
** Communication: Align clients and external parties involved in key initiatives. Handle presentations and demos of new product functionalities as part of the release process. Ensure all required documentation is created, available and kept up to date in JIRA and confluence. Prepare aim & scope documents for new features to manage stakeholders` expectations;
** Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the development team, encouraging feedback, retrospectives, and process refinement to enhance productivity and delivery effectiveness. Track escalated issues (as part of SLA (Service Level Agreement) process) and coordinate their resolution;

Qualifications
** Working Experience:
** 3+ Years of experience in a business/system analyst or Product Owner role;
** Experience engaging with software development teams;
** Experience gathering and documenting requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria;
** Experience working on continuous software product development;
** Domain knowledge in iGaming industry;
** Experience releasing multiple products to market;
** Understanding of Product Development, Agile Values and Principles;
** Proficiency with product management tools;
** Understanding of Agile frameworks and their differences;
** Proficiency in designing user journeys and sequence diagrams;
** Strong formal communication skills and advanced level of English;
** Leadership skills;
** Research skills.
Preferable Qualifications:
** Proficiency with Atlassian tools (especially JIRA & Confluence);
** Experience in Software as a Service companies;
** PSPO Certification;
