We are a small Coffee Shop with our own roastery and kitchen in Vake. We are currently looking for a Barista to join our small team.
What do we want from baristas?
** for internal communication you need knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian (who knows). We are from Ukraine and hope for your understanding.
** upper intermediate Georgian and English
** coffee experience or desire to learn in a new field
** responsibility, attentiveness and punctuality
** it is very important that you like to communicate and meet people, there will be a lot of this
** cleanliness in the workplace
Conditions:
** 2-4 working days depending on your progress
** 10 hour shifts
** 5 GEL/hour + bonuses for sales and tips (better conditions if you have experience in specialty coffee)
** free coffee and snacks
** we are quite flexible and can sometimes replace you if you are a student
