Part-Time Remote Marketing Executive (English reading/writing required!)
We want you to make marketing posts for us and email publishers. That, and various other tasks.
We`re an upcoming game development company that`s currently working on several games. This includes RTS games, shooters and 3D platformer type games. To increase our production output and free up more time for the managers we are looking for a marketing executive to help promote our games.
Your main goal is to spread the word about the game and get people who are interested in the game to buy it. A portion of the time you will be able to do this based on what you think the most efficient way is. You should strive to get 12500 new visitors to visit the Steam page every month.
Your daily tasks are:
** Create and post a tiktok video about one of the games.
** Redirect people to the steam page to wishlist the game.
** Redirect people to the patreon page to support the game and get alpha access.
** Email publishers about our games (I have a template that you can email them).
** Find youtubers to email that can play our games (I have a template that you can email them).
** Find new matching Facebook, Reddit and discord groups that are big enough. Share visuals and a game description in those groups. Interact with them and try to fit in.
** Write down the groups you have posted in. Make a plan to consistently post there (but not too much).
** Communicate with your supervisor on what your current tactics are and how things are progressing on a weekly basis.
** Grow the amount of wishlist additions for our new games.
Requirements:
** You need to have a good understanding of English - both in reading and writing.
** You need to have played several types of PC games.
** Have great eye for detail.
** Hard working and committed. I want to grow towards a goal where you become a competent marketing person and where I can rely on you to promote our games.
** Being actively engaged in trying to reach our goals.
** Install Discord on your phone or computer as a communication channel.
Your immediate benefits:

** Flexible working hours. You can start earlier or later as you wish, as long as the job is done. Although there are prime hours in which marketing is more effective so please also take that into consideration.

We would like to offer you a starting salary of $250/month for 40 hours of work. Should you really make an impact in which you generate more than the projected goals then you will receive bonuses.
