"Domson`s Engineering" is looking for a competitive, passionate, and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our fast-growing and a market leader company. In this role, you`ll be tasked with quickly and aggressively building a sales pipeline and developing a high-performance team.

General Purpose:

Responsible for planning, implementing, and directing the sales activities of the company to achieve sales objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

** Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
** Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
** Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
** Establish and strategically build a solid customer base
** Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs, cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision-makers in key accounts
** Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
** Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
** Set individual sales targets / Track, collate and interpret sales figures / Investigate lost sales and customer accounts
** Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales and cost estimation department
** Ensure team have the necessary resources to perform properly
** Preparation of tender documentation according to international standards
** Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
** Forecast annual, quarterly, monthly, daily sales revenue
** Help prepare budgets
** Control expenses and monitor budgets
** Formulate sales policies and procedures / Develop promotional ideas and material
** Attend trade meetings and industry conventions

Education, Qualifications, and Experience:

** BS/MS Business degree or related field
** Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
** At least 3 years of successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
** Technical sales skills
** Proven experience in customer relationship management
** Knowledge of market research
** Relevant product and industry knowledge

** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English / Russian (Knowledge of an additional language would be an advantage)
