We are looking for motivated professionals to take over the position of Category Development and Trade Marketing Manager Caucasus with duty station in Tbilisi.

Main purpose of the role:

** Effectively develop and execute Trade Marketing agenda according to annual marketing plan and trade marketing budget, contribute to bring PEPSICO brands as much closer to the end consumer as possible by cooperation with strategic sales channels
** Set-up and lead Category Management agenda in Caucasus, activate Category Visions with top Caucasus Customers

Main accountabilities

** Establish Category Development & Shopper Marketing function as indispensable business partner for sales, that proactively supports Business Growth and drives translation of brand plans into executable & inspiring channel plans
** Drive commercial and actionable business solutions through fact-based Selling Stories; Increase sales team`s selling with insights capability
** Drive shopper and category thinkings across the organization, build Category Development and Shopper Marketing capabilities
** Lead Trade Activation Calendar for Caucasus, create strategies for category growth via trade marketing initiatives and platforms across all channels.
** Lead Trade marketing annual operation plan preparation including Retail objectives, Equipment, Commercial calendars, budgets, trade marketing programs.
** Lead Category Development projects with the Customers with specific focus on range and space effectiveness, shopper-centric pack-price-promo initiatives
** Develop and deploy new effective Trade Equipment to constantly improving PEPSICO brands position in retail. In the meantime ensure efficient purchase of all Trade equipment and promotional items
** Build effective monthly and annual cycle of Tracking/Evaluation, Planning and Execution of POP materials and equipment;
** Partner with Trade Marketing on Bottler`s side to leverage common trade marketing resources (e.g. equipment, sales tool, etc.)
** Track Category Development within the market and top Customers. Fuel bottom up Category Vision development with key learnings and Voice of the Customers

Candidate profile:

** 6+ years of experience in related areas (category development, trade marketing, marketing, sales, insight, commercial etc.)
** Significant Track record of setting strategic agenda and vision, and aligning resources/ taking broad set of stakeholders in a highly complex & matrixed environment
** Broad-based business acumen and commercially savvy
** Experience in building a high performing and highly engaged team
** Ability to build deep trusting, collaborative relationships and create strong interdependencies
** High drive and results oriented spirit
** Experimental set of mind, `pragmatic creativity`, desire to test & learn in-store interventions
** PC & software skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with advanced analytical Tools
** English and Russian languages required B2+
