At present we are announcing an opening for the position of: Revenue Manager

Scope of the Role:

Implement revenue management strategies and processes in hotel, in order to optimize and maximize its revenues. Identify new revenue opportunities. Act as overall business development consultant for the hotel manager/owner.

Main Job Responsibilities & Duties:

** Implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices.
** Create and develop pricing strategies in order to keep hotel competitive and earn revenue.
** Work closely with sales teams and hotel general manager in areas of promotion, business planning and reservation costs.
** Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies;
** Maximize company profits, reduce costs, and deliver a better customer experience;
** Report financial information to general manager and make suggestions for maximizing revenue through changes in pricing and efforts in generating more business.
** Analyze economic trends to determine the demand for hotel reservations based on tourism.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

** Bachelors or Masters` Degree in Economics or related Field.
** 2-4 years of work experience as a revenue manager (preferable in a 5 star hotel);
** Knowledge of Hotel Property Management System: Opera is a must;
** Sales experience will be a plus;
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
** Excellent analytical skills;
** Good communication, customer service and organizational skills;
** A strong command of both written and spoken English is required. Additional language will be an asset.
** Highly computer literate with a good level of Excel;
