BetterFly LLC is a full-service advertising agency operating in Georgia from 2008. BetterFly is a partner of DDB Worldwide Communication group in Georgia and an official partner of Media Direction Group in Georgia.

Currently, we are seeking an Account Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management:

** Establish solid, long-lasting working relationship with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders;
** Manage everyday communications and ensure stakeholders are aware of project progress;
** Identify potential new clients and develop new business to meet sales targets.

Delivery and Performance:

** Develop the project work plans, timelines, budgets and other needed documents;
** Execute and monitor the approved project plans and milestones;
** Coordinate the development process and monitor the performance of service providers to ensure the timely and successful provision of deliverables;
** Manage and review product/service quality and ensure they meet the client`s requirements;
** Prepare progress and final reports.


Education: University degree, preferably in Project Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or other relevant discipline is required.

Work Experience:

** At least two years of experience in/with International Organizations, Government entities, CSOs, with focus on implementation and monitoring, development and coordination of projects is required.
** Experience in business development and sales is preferable.
** Experience specifically in fields of Marketing, Communication, Client Service and Project Management would be a strong asset.

Key Competences:

** Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;
** Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
** Good ability to work under pressure;
** Proficiency in both English and Georgian languages (verbal & written);
** Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;
** Proficient user of Microsoft Office programs.
